Carbohydrates & liver

Not only will forging on surgar and starch expand your waistline, but eating too many carbohydartes may harm your liver too. That's because excess blood surgar is converted to fat in your liver, where it can accumulate and lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Beware of taking too much carbo, your are most at risk if you have fasting blood glucose greater than 100mg per deciliter, indicating your body doesn't process carbs well.

For a better healthy lifestyle, reduce intake the carbohydrates is important.
