Here are the some good snacks for you to munch and while can improve your complexion : -
  1. Eggs : Egg promotes the growth of collagen, building skin resilience. A hardboiled egg will give you 10% of daily protein needs.

  2. Nuts : Walnuts and pistachios are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, this will help your skin to make natural oils and absorb water from the air. 2 tablespoons of raw nuts are enough to fill your 100 calorie.

  3. Sweet potatoes : Vitamin A in sweet potatoes will help to renew the cells. This will improve the dullness of the skin or complexion.

  4. Dark Chocolate : Polyohenols in cocoa will help to protect against the collagen damaged from free radicals. The antixiodants will improve your complexion and make your skin look healthier.

  5. Strawberries and blueberries : Berries contain vitamin C which is a very good antioxidant for your skin. Berries also play a role as anti-aging agent. 3/4 cup a day mixed with yougurt will also help to prevent skin cancer.
