Try a Morning Yoga. Stretchting exercise is much better than your cup of coffee. No need a yoga instructor. Just find a quiet place, do a few stretches and focus on your breahthing.
Have a walk outside. Have a morning air will make you stay awake. You can walk with a dog, jog or walking alone. A wonderful way to prepare for your day.
Morning Snack. Choose a healthy breakfast ie. cereal with a cup of juice to kick start of the day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
